Moonlight

Fairy

Summary

Moonlight is a Fairy-type move that does not have a defined power or accuracy. Instead, it is a status move that heals the user. The amount of HP restored varies depending on the weather conditions: under normal conditions, Moonlight restores 50% of the user's maximum HP; during Sunny Day, it restores 2/3 (approximately 66.7%) of maximum HP; and during other weather conditions like Rain, Sandstorm, or Hail, it restores only 25% of maximum HP. Moonlight is particularly useful for Pokémon with good durability and is often chosen in competitive play for its reliable healing properties.

Effect

Heals the user for half its max HP. During sunny day, the healing is increased to 2/3 max HP. During hail, rain dance, or sandstorm, the healing is decreased to 1/4 max HP.

Short Effect: Heals the user by half its max HP. Affected by weather.
