Mud Sport

Ground

Summary

Mud Sport is a Ground-type status move with no power and perfect accuracy. Its primary effect is to reduce the power of Electric-type moves by 50% for all Pokémon on the field. This effect lasts until the user or the opponent switches out. Mud Sport does not cause any direct damage and is often used by Ground-type Pokémon that are already immune to Electric-type moves, providing additional support for their teammates by mitigating the risk from Electric attacks. Despite its niche utility, Mud Sport is not commonly seen in competitive play due to its limited application and the availability of more versatile support moves.

Effect

electric moves inflict half damage, regardless of target. If the user leaves the field, this effect ends.
