Bulk Up
FightingSummary
Bulk Up is a Fighting-type status move that does not deal direct damage and therefore has no power or accuracy. When used, Bulk Up increases the user's Attack and Defense stats by one stage each. This move is highly valued in competitive play for physically-oriented Pokémon, as it allows them to hit harder while also becoming more resilient to physical attacks. Bulk Up is often a staple move for Fighting-type Pokémon and other physically defensive or offensive Pokémon trying to set up for a sweep or to withstand hits better. It was first introduced in Generation III and has remained a popular move across various Pokémon games.
