Ion Deluge

Ion-Deluge is a Normal-type status move with no power and perfect accuracy. It does not deal direct damage. Instead, it changes all Normal-type moves used by any Pokémon on the turn it is used into Electric-type moves. Ion-Deluge has strategic applications, particularly in transforming the effectiveness of Normal-type moves in specific battle scenarios. While it is not frequently seen in competitive play, it can be a unique tool in altering the dynamics of a battle, especially in Double Battles or when paired with abilities and moves that benefit from Electric-type attacks.
