Interesting Facts: - Despite its dragon typing, Applin's design is based on the concept of a worm in an apple. - It's one of the few Pokémon that have different evolution outcomes based on the item used. - The choice between its two evolutions, Flapple or Appletun, is dependent on the version of the game: Tart Apples are more common in Pokémon Sword, and Sweet Apples are more common in Pokémon Shield.
