Bind is a Normal-type move with 15 power and 85% accuracy. This move traps the target and inflicts damage over a period of 4-5 turns. During this time, the target is unable to switch out and takes additional damage at the end of each turn, which is typically 1/8 of its maximum HP. Bind's functionality makes it useful for wearing down opponents and preventing them from switching to a more favorable matchup. However, due to its low power and accuracy, it is not commonly used in competitive play but can be strategically significant in certain situations.
