Zorua-Hisui
The Hisui variant of Zorua, known as Zorua-Hisui, is indigenous to the Hisui region and features in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
Type: Normal / Ghost
Abilities:
- Wandering Spirit: This ability enables the Pokémon to swap its Ability with that of the attacker when hit by a move that makes direct contact.
- Hidden Ability: Currently Unavailable
Physical Characteristics:
- Zorua-Hisui is adorned by a cream and purple color arrangement that is in contrast to the predominantly dark fur of the original Zorua.
- It has thicker fur which enables it to thrive in the chilly climate of the Hisui region.
- The eerie yellow glow in its eyes alludes to its Ghost typing.
Behavior and Habitat:
- Characterized by its mischievous nature, Zorua-Hisui cherishes playing pranks on both people and other Pokémon.
- It is predominantly situated in the forested vicinities of the Hisui region, however, it can also adapt to an array of diverse habitats.
In Battle:
- The Ghost typing bestows upon it immunity to Normal and Fighting type moves, delivering a strategic advantage.
- The Wandering Spirit ability offers it the chance to switch undesirable abilities during combat.
Evolution:
- Most likely, Zorua-Hisui undergoes evolution into Zoroark-Hisui via leveling up; however, this has yet to be officially confirmed.
Interesting Facts:
- The Hisui variant, Zorua-Hisui, is the inaugural regional variant of Zorua.
- The Ghost typing is a unique feature for a regional variant of a Dark type Pokémon.
- In spite of its Ghost typing, it sustains the Normal typing from its original form, thereby ranking it amongst the limited Pokémon possessing this unique type combination.
