• Sturdy: Prevents one-hit KO moves and allows it to survive with 1 HP from full health if hit with a move that would otherwise knock it out.
• Overcoat (Hidden Ability): Protects from weather damage and powder moves, such as Spore or Sleep Powder.

Physical Characteristics:

• Forretress has a hard, spherical shell that resembles a large, metallic pinecone.
• Its body is primarily gray with a red band running horizontally around its middle.
• It has four clamp-like legs that protrude from side holes, which it uses to attach securely to tree branches or surfaces.
• A pair of eyes peek out from its protective shell, giving it a constant vigilant look.

Behavior and Habitat:

• Forretress is typically found in forests, where it can camouflage itself among trees and foliage.
• It is known to be highly defensive and will hide inside its shell at the slightest sign of danger.
• It often remains stationary, waiting patiently for prey to approach before attacking.
